important points/how it works

the emporium* is a collection of our picks, sourced and presented as a companion to {l&l} Lifestyle.

Each time you purchase an item by clicking on a link provided by l&l - in our digital magazines, on the l&l site, in the emporium or elsewhere, - a small percentage is paid to l&l. (We thank you so much for supporting our efforts by using our links when you are ready to purchase.)
To qualify, the purchase must be completed within 24 hours of adding the item to your cart in the emporium or within 24 hours of clicking from any product link provided on l&l.
Please note that any purchase made (within the designated time frame) once you've clicked from an l&l link results in a benefit to l&l - whether or not you purchase the specific item originally recommended by l&l. In other words, once you've clicked from an l&l link and begin shopping on one of our affiliate sites, you may select/purchase any item or number of items and l&l receives a referral fee - a small percentage of the overall transaction.
The referral fee l&l receives is paid by the vendor and does not affect your purchase price.
